Make no
mistake about it ... "We are the legal representatives/counsel to the Atlantic
County Board of Elections and the Superintendent of Elections."
So
stated a Deputy Attorney General today in Superior Court Judge Val Armstrongs
court.
Attorney George Miller said otherwise this past Friday, when he
announced that he was speaking for his client, Joanne Armbruster, (Atlantic
County Superintendent of Elections) when he reported to Judge Armstrong that
Armbruster would be discharging the Attorney General and obtaining her own
private legal counsel for today's hearing.
All the
lawyers in the courtroom knew that Armbruster did not have the authority to do
this ... The Deputy Attorney General said a loud "Huh" when Miller made his
bizarre statement to Judge Armstrong.
The law
said otherwise ... The Attorney General is the legal Counsel for Armbruster ...
It is still unknown why Miller did what he did? He says it was at the direct
request of his client (Armbruster)?
Very
strange indeed!
EDITOR'S NOTE: Attorney Tom Forkin recently
received a very odd fine from an Atlantic County Judge ... It actually
made no sense at all what this Judge did to Forkin ... Does anyone care
about what Miller/Armbruster did
here?
