I want
to take this opportunity to take back a commentary written about News Channel 40
NBC Television that appeared here yesterday ...
We made
the remark about anticipated Bob Levy coverage and that TV 40 would be all over
(camera crew/coverage, etc.) today's (6 votes for Levy) received by the Atlantic
City Fire Union Local

...
In
fairness, this did not occur ... no TV 40 crew attended the event ... and we
were simply wrong about this one ... and, feel it is important to be fair
and responsible about this ...
I enjoy
a great working relationship with a number of Access1 Employees ... both on the
Radio and TV sides ...
We have
a stated objective of trying to get it right ... We didn't get yesterday's
commentary right and we offer this sincere clarification about this matter
...
I met a
delightful TV 40 news reporter today ... at the Atlantic County Michael Garvin
Ballot drawing ... I watched this reporter conduct herself in a highly
professional manner during today's event ...
