AC SCHOOL BOARD
MEMBERS BAD BEHAVIOR?

WE RISE IN SUPPORT  OF BOB DERBYSHIRE

WELL PLACED INSIDER
TELLS US THAT TWO
ATLANTIC CITY BOARD MEMBERS
CONDUCT WITH LOCAL BROADCASTER BOB DERBYSHIRE
WAS UNPROFESSIONAL & INAPPROPRIATE

Local broadcaster Bob Derbyshire was allegedly called "punk" and grabbed by his arm ...

We interviewed Derbyshire on-air this morning (on "Hurley in the Morning") ... He was as open as he could possibly be in light of the fact that he has retained legal counsel and is reserving all of his legal rights and remedies.

Derbyshire advised that he will be writing the Atlantic City Board of Education ... to make public his displeasure with how he was treated by two Atlantic City Board of Education Members.

Derbyshire (for legal reasons) refused to name the two board members alleged to have done this ... However, we have two independent sources who confirmed to us, that the two Board Members in question are Rochelle Salway and Stephanie Davies-Khan.

Debryshire has spent many years as the professional announcer for the Atlantic City Battle by the Bay basketball tournament.

Derbyshire had previously spoken on WOND radio about his disagreement with many Board Members scheduled to take a taxpayer-paid trip to Chicago ... This is a story that we broke first on "Hurley in the Morning."

The two board members obviously didn't like what Derbyshire had to say ... and, they verbally let him have it at the Battle by the Bay, so our two sources confirm. What remains unclear is who touched Derbyshire's arm, etc.

We will be following this closely and keep you posted.

We appreciate and support Derbyshire's Constitutionally provided right to free speech. We also agree with his position regarding the substance of this matter ... and we fully support him in his challenge of the alleged conduct of the two board members.

We see a potentially costly lawsuit coming and from the facts we have learned ... Derbyshire has a solid case against these two board members ... whose alleged conduct occurred at an official school function ... making this a direct Board of Education/District matter ... and, not simply a personal matter.
