Carroll's enthusiastic political support of Craig Callaway has already begun to
"pay off" ... Although the Atlantic City Board of Education has a talented Board
Solicitor in Chris Brown ... The Atlantic City Board of Education voted tonight
to hire Jim Carroll for $110 per-hour (initial contract is not to exceed
$30,000) to provide his legal opinions on sending district board members voting
